Horizon Motors CMS College Kottayam Mini Marathon — Season 4
1Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years of age or older as of the event date (15 August 2026).
2Registration Fee
₹150 (or the current admin-set fee), non-refundable once paid.
3Registration Window
Registration closes on 8th August 2026 at 5:00 PM. No registrations will be accepted after this deadline without express organizer approval.
4Reporting & Timing
Participants must report by 5:30 AM on the day of the event. The run starts at 6:30 AM from Horizon Motors (Mahindra Service Centre), Near Caritas Matha Hospital, Thellakom, Kottayam, and finishes at CMS College Kottayam (Autonomous).
5Health & Fitness Declaration
By registering, the participant confirms that they are medically fit to participate in a 9.2 km run and that they take part voluntarily and at their own risk.
6Medical Support
On-route medical support is provided by Caritas Hospital & Institute of Health Sciences. Participants should alert volunteers or medical staff immediately if they feel unwell during the event.
7Prizes
Cash prizes and trophies will be awarded to the top 3 male and female finishers (1st: ₹25,000, 2nd: ₹10,000, 3rd: ₹5,000) and to the 1st-place male and female finisher in the 50+ veteran category (₹5,000 each). All finishers receive a medal.
8Conduct
Participants must follow the marked route and all 8 checkpoints, and obey all instructions from organizers, volunteers, and traffic/safety personnel.
9Media Consent
Participants consent to photography and videography during the event and to the use of such media by the organizers for promotional purposes, including the race-photo gallery on this website.
10Liability
The organizers, sponsors, and partner institutions are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event, except as required by law.
11Changes
The organizers reserve the right to modify the route, schedule, or rules if required for safety or operational reasons.
12Acceptance
Submitting the registration form constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
