1. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older as of the event date.

2. Registration Fee

₹200 (or current admin-set fee), non-refundable once paid.

3. Registration Window

Closes 8th August 2026, 5:00 PM. No registrations accepted after this without organizer approval.

4. Reporting & Timing

Participants must report by 5:30 AM; the run starts at 6:30 AM at Horizon Motors, Thellakom, and finishes at CMS College Kottayam.

5. Health & Fitness Declaration

By registering, the participant confirms they are medically fit to participate in a 9.2 km run and take part voluntarily and at their own risk.

6. Medical Support

On-route medical support is provided by Caritas Hospital & Institute of Health Sciences; participants should alert volunteers/medical staff immediately if unwell.

7. Prizes

Cash prizes & trophies awarded to the top 3 male and female finishers, and to the 1st-place male and female finisher in the 50+ veteran category. All finishers receive a medal.

8. Conduct

Participants must follow the marked route, checkpoints, and all instructions from organizers, volunteers, and traffic/safety personnel.

9. Media Consent

Participants consent to photography/videography during the event and to its use by the organizers for promotional purposes (including the race-photo gallery on this website).

10. Liability

Organizers, sponsors, and partner institutions are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during the event, except as required by law.

11. Changes

Organizers reserve the right to modify the route, schedule, or rules if required for safety or operational reasons.

12. Acceptance

Submitting the registration form constitutes acceptance of these terms.
